Winfield A large round low platter or serving dish with a wonderful two-tone green glaze from Winfield Pottery of Pasadena, California. This gorgeous piece measures almost 10.5 inches wide across the edges. It is in fair to good condition. There are some heavy craze lines or very fine, tight cracks in the center, as well as utensil marks when held at an angle to the light. There are no chips and little crazing.
This vintage platter is marked: "Winfield Ware / Handcraft China / Santa Monica Calif." The Santa Monica designation indicates this plate was likely made after 1946 and before the early 1960s, when production ceased. Price: $9.00.
