Three 9-Inch Luncheon Plates from Royal, "Goodrich" Three wonderfully decorated plates from Royal China (Sebring Ohio) in a pattern called "Goodrich." These plates are 9 inches across with a floral center and inner-ribbing (replacements.com, pattern 88890). All three plates are in very good condition, with no chips, cracks, or hairlines that I can see. The floral center designs are exquisite in detail, and show very few marks (the worst one is photographed in the closeup, below, where you can see some loss due to utensil wear around the leaves in the lower left corner).
Royal
China Cavalier Jeannette Ironstone, Royal China, Currier & Ives "The Old Grist Mill" plates were first produced in 1949. These would be of more recent vintage, probably the 1960s, as they are marked "dishwasher safe." These two plates are 10 inches wide, and in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or hairlines. The detailing is beautifully defined on both, and the blue color is rich and strong. There is only the faintest indication of utensil marks when the plates are held up to the light, so they appear to be rarely and very lightly used, with rich blue color, and little sign of use or wear. No cracks, chips, or hairlines. Price: $12.00
Plus I have 6 more (non-Jeanette)! And one "Colonial Homestead" 10-inch dinner plate (green). And two bread and butter plates in the "Flame" floral pattern. Price: $7.50 for pair.
